Leah will locate the 'subluxation', also known as the misplaced bones, in the spine, and throughout the body, then manually apply a quick thrust into the bone to realign it. In turn, releasing pressure on the nerves and body structure affected. This realignment or 'adjustment' has been proven to increase motion, increase circulation, reduce swelling and pain, and remove nervous system irritation.
